Shipping
We make every effort to deliver your order as promptly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 are typically dispatched the same day. However, we may not always be able to fulfill this. Sometimes, products may be out of stock, and in such cases, the delivery of your order may take a bit longer. An estimated delivery time is generally provided on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs depend on the destination.
Delivery is carried out by official postal services, depending on where the shipping has to go.
Returns
It may happen that you wish to return an order, perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations, or for any other reason. Whatever the reason may be, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount. The cost of returning the product from your home to the web store is at your expense. These costs depend on where the shipping finds place. Please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories, and if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging, should be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@montrini.nl. We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been returned in good condition. We also expect the return to be packaged in the same packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for return.
Product Exchange?
If you wish to exchange your product, that's not a problem at all. You can contact us at info@montrini.nl. However, you are responsible for the costs of returning the product.
